The team at Tilly Rose will continue to make your safety and well-being a priority. So whether you still feel cautious or just want to get back to a more normal life asap we will make sure you can enjoy your visit with us.

💓 We will continue to wear our masks when carrying out treatments for the time being and you are welcome to do the same. If you prefer not to wear one when visiting us then that is absolutely fine too.

🧡 With no more than two staff working at any one time we will continue to keep customers distanced from each other if they so wish. With this is mind please continue to arrive as close to your appointment time as possible to allow for this as well as cleaning and ventilating of the treatment areas.

💛 However if you wish to relax and stay for refreshments after your treatment you are welcome to do so.

💚 No need to ring the doorbell when you arrive unless the door is locked. If it is then we may still be busy in treatment so please wait patiently until we are free to let you in. Otherwise just come straight in, sanitise your hands and take a seat in reception.

💙 Ideally if you don't have an appointment please call or email ahead if you would like to pop in to buy vouchers or retail items or visit our website for online booking, voucher and retail sales.

💜 Please remember you can use the Tilly Rose online booking system for Maria and Laura to not only book but also to check your appointments, cancel and reschedule.

🤎 As self-employed practitioners, both Gemma and Cerys now have their own separate appointment systems also with Fresha to  so please contact them directly if you would like to book, amend or check your appointments. 

💗We will no longer be sending out the automated Covid-19 declaration to fill in before every appointment. However if you do have symptoms, a positive test result or indeed symptoms of any potentially contagious disease then we do respectfully ask that you reschedule your appointment in order to both protect vulnerable customers and to keep staff well and therefore the salon open.
